A huge time limited display of an artwork of HK cartoonist Chocolate Rain, with Star Ferry in Victoria Harbour as the theme. It's in fact a temporary wall of a construction site. In order to beautify the environment, the government asked a renowned cartoon artist to draw huge artwork about iconic and representational images of HK on the artworks. It's like a form of street art.
