Series Available

Loretta
The first book in this epic urban fantasy starts with the question, who is Loretta? Readers will start with a glimpse of who the characters in this epic are and what's involved with their struggle.
Just so you know, this is open door for most relationships. Spicy meter is mild on most accounts, no holes barred.

November
A young man puts his life on hold. A young woman runs away due to frustration. An older woman waits unrequited because her best friend is already married... twice.
This is a cute little ditty that has a deep set of characters all unexpectedly gathering to help save their world. Purposely not written traditionally, this story starts when the waiting is over and the plot can unfold.
This series will have standalone stories set in the same universe. There will be an over arching plot, but it will not be necessary to read them all or in order.
Open door, mild spice.

PJ
The cat of everyone's dreams, PJ is a delight. A somewhat fanciful biography of a cat who actually lived and touched the heart of many humans. Written in the form of education made to entertain by a teacher who loved her craft.
The manuscript was left to her daughter who lived and loved PJ. Choosing to bring this story to the world, she has worked through the edits and added a few odds to made this a novel worthy of PJ's privilege.
No spice in this one. Intended for youthful readers from primary school to senior.

ARC Readers Wanted
Whew! What a ride! Surveys show that an inordinate percentage of people want to write a book. I have always been one of them, writing short stories and poetry in primary school. I’d get an idea, write a few hundred… sometimes a thousand or two words and it would sit on my computer or on a shelf until I eventually lost track of it.
Last year I was forced into staying at home with little to do and I started to read some crazy stories advertised on Facebook. It was a decent story, poorly written and when I was done I thought, ‘I can do this.’ So with help from YouTube, I dug out one of my old stories and started to write. Looking back, I would never have believed I’d write over 700,000 words in less than a year.
It’s been a crazy ride. Loretta, our King is the first book to be finished at ARC level. I have another manuscript that will be posted to agents first before I choose to self publish. Currently I am working on tightening up the next two books in the series and writing another in my second world.
I saw a meme that said, “One day you’ll be someone’s favorite author.” I’d be over the moon for that, though I’ve already done it with family. What I really want is to find my tribe of faithful readers. They don’t have to like all my books. Just like one that we can jump on Discord and quote our favorite lines from. Maybe share other authors books that we all enjoy. That would be bliss.
If you like urban fantasy in a science fiction setting, Loretta, our King might be the right fit for you. If you like dnd style fantasy, I have another book I’d be happy to get ARC readers for.
Reviews
From Dreaming to Writing:
The Spark of a Dream
Surveys show that a significant number of people aspire to write a book, yet many never take the plunge. These stories began much like this, with a passion for storytelling started in primary school. Despite having countless ideas and drafts, the stories remained untouched on her computer or on a shelf, lost in the busyness of life. However, an unexpected turn during a period of isolation sparked a new beginning.
A Year of Transformation
Last year, faced with the challenges of staying at home, Loretta found inspiration in the stories circulating on social media. Recognizing that better narratives could be crafted, the old files were revisited. With the help of online resources like YouTube, an ambitious writing journey was begun. In less than a year, she astonishingly produced over 700,000 words. Demonstrating not only dedication but also growth as a writer. This culminated in the completion of the first book, "Loretta, Our King," now available at ARC level.
Future Endeavors
With a unique blend of creativity and persistence this series is set to have at least eight books. Beyond Loretta, the author is actively refining additional books in the series and exploring new worlds with fresh stories. This evolving portfolio promises engaging and original content crafted with passion.
Frequently Asked Questions
What inspired the Loretta series?
A beginning scene was written over forty years ago about driving my car in the rain. At the time I owned a 1973 Charger and loved that muscle car dearly. Loved the story beginning, but by time it was ready to be used, the trope was overdone. So began what was to be Nicholas as a murder mystery that never seemed to go anywhere.
Some decades later and more book consumed and disdained. Had popular writing and reading really dropped to this level? Must have, so why can't this old crone write erotica? Once that boundary busted wide open, it was game on and eight novel length manuscripts emerged. Loretta didn't appear as more than a twinkle in the eye until Phillip had emerged.
It was then that Loretta could be written. Over half a million words of an eight part series of partial books and mostly outline written in creative flow before the first book finally took shape. Loretta isn't done. Now this series needs you to read Loretta and give your feedback.
What is the writing process for the Loretta Series?
This artist uses creative flow. An idea comes to mind and the story is transcribed directly. The characters tell me who they are and show me, scene by scene what the story is going to say.
How did the author start writing?
I'm almost homeless. This statement isn't to garner sympathy, it is the simple truth. Because of life trials, I am homebound and desperate. Family is grudgingly helping and I have gotten lucky on a few things, but currently it's a daily struggle to remain positive and out of the emergency room.
However, I am a fighter and instead of wasting days doing nothing but getting ghosted by algorithms, my focus is on writing. I'm rather proud. Since loosing my last functional employment I have written over 700,000 words. One of those books is a small snip into the life of a homeless person, but I plan to showcase the topic in several different ways.
Obviously this wasn't my true start, I have been writing since primary school. It has taken me forty years to get serious, but here I am. Ready, willing and sporting enough polish to step out into the world. I plan to do some videos about the writing and author journey. Look for them on YouTube.
