I hold a Master’s degree in Mindfulness-Based Interventions and have undertaken advanced clinical training in compassion-focused and contemplative approaches.
My work supports individuals in developing emotional regulation, psychological flexibility, and a more compassionate relationship with themselves — particularly during periods of stress, life transition, high self-criticism, or professional pressure.
