Established in 1935, Met Police (Hayes) Bowls Club welcomes players of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. You do not need to be a serving police officer/civil staff or retired, to become a member of The Warren or our bowls club. Open to all.
Enjoy the friendly, inclusive atmosphere and learn to play bowls on our outdoor green.

Beginner Coaching Sessions
Learn the fundamentals of bowls with our experienced coach during our friendly roll-up sessions every Tuesday from 12.30pm and Friday from 1.30pm from May to September.

Use the contact us button on the first page or visit us during practice sessions on Tuesdays and Fridays from May to September in the afternoon (1pm onward).
What equipment do I need to bring?
New players do not need to bring any bowling equipment initially. We can provide guidance and lend equipment for you to try the game. A pair of shoes with smooth soles would be helpful. (They cause less damage to the grass.) Comfortable sports wear for the weather conditions would enhance the playing experience.
Is the club accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, our club is disability-friendly and the grounds are easily accessible.
