Welcome, you've arrived.

In a world that often asks us to keep pushing forward, to always be doing and achieving, therapy offers a place to pause. Whether you’re navigating grief, anxiety, relationship challenges, or simply seeking deeper connection with yourself, there is a space here for you.

I offer psychotherapy that is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in Gestalt principles. Together, we explore what’s emerging in your life—moment by moment—with curiosity, care, and respect.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. The most important thing, often, is to begin.

Sessions are available online, with flexibility to meet your needs. I work with individuals primarily, supporting people through transitions, trauma and the everyday complexities of being human.

“The paradox of change is that when I accept myself as I am, then I can change.”

— Carl Rogers

About Mike

Hi, I’m Mike.

I’m a Psychotherapist, Counsellor, Educator, Trainer & Group Facilitator with a deep commitment to ethical practice, emotional safety, and meaningful connection. My work is shaped by Gestalt therapy, trauma-informed care, and years of experience supporting people through crisis, growth, and transformation.

I have been described by clients and colleagues as calm, grounded and caring. I bring warmth, humour, and a steady presence to our work—whether we’re unpacking long-held patterns or sitting with the unknown.

I’ve worked in diverse settings with diverse presentations, from rehabilitation to crisis support, and I continue to learn from every person I meet. I’m particularly passionate about supporting people through loneliness, grief, and the search for belonging. I’m a strong advocate for men questioning their roles in society, and to question how pressures to be a certain kind of man have impacted or influenced them.

I'm from country Victoria originally, although have had Sydney as a home now for over 25 years. Outside the therapy room, I enjoy surfing, tennis, running and spending time with family. I believe healing is both an art and a practice—and that therapy can be a place of creativity, acceptance and renewal.
