Providing compassionate mental health support and counseling to help individuals cope with depression and emotional challenges.

I met Michael in a Boston subway station. I told him I liked his sign. “What matters is what it means to you,” he told me. I asked what it meant to him. “Doing a deed or expressing kindness to another person without expecting anything in return,” Michael said. I love approaching strangers wherever I go. Listening and talking to them teaches you about people and how similar we all are to one another. Just like Michael, we’re all seeking human kindness.

Know better do Better..In Northern Ontario, poverty and homelessness have unfortunately become some of the fastest growing issues, with more individuals and families struggling to find stable housing and basic necessities, The Street People's Association now based in Sault Ste Marie. Recognize the heartbreaking reality of people sleeping on our streets, suffering from exposure, frostbite, malnutrition, and depression. These conditions highlight an urgent need for compassionate intervention and support within our community.
