Welcome to my professional story. I'm Mina Banoub, a Senior IT Professional, Data Analytics Specialist, and Educational Technology Expert based in Manama, Bahrain. My journey spans over 15 years of transforming how organizations leverage technology and data to drive meaningful change.

The Beginning: Building Foundations (2006-2008)

My career began in Alexandria, Egypt, at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, where I discovered my passion for teaching technology. As a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Trainer, I delivered advanced Microsoft Word training and proctored certification exams. This experience taught me that technology is only as powerful as the people who understand how to use it effectively.

Growth & Leadership: Establishing Expertise (2008-2016)

Bahrain Institute of Technology (2008-2014)

My move to Bahrain marked a pivotal moment in my career. As Training Manager and IT Manager, I led one of the most impactful projects of my career – managing the Qudurat Program under the eGovernment Authority. This massive initiative reached over 20,000 Bahraini citizens, providing essential ICT skills training.

During this period, I:

  • Managed 40+ part-time trainers across multiple locations

  • Developed comprehensive training policies aligned with national standards

  • Collaborated with Ahlia University to enhance educational partnerships

  • Established quality frameworks that would serve me throughout my career

Regal Gulf Training Centre (2014-2016)

As Training Manager, I focused on operational excellence and strategic partnerships. I designed departmental strategies that aligned with Bahrain Quality Assurance (BQA) standards and developed trainer development programs that reduced onboarding time by 30%. My work securing partnerships with Microsoft, Oracle, and CompTIA resulted in 100% course accreditation approvals.

Specialization & Innovation: The Data Analytics Era (2016-Present)

Return to Bahrain Institute of Technology (2016-2020)

My return to BIT as Senior IT Trainer marked my transition into advanced technology implementations. I led the deployment of Odoo ERP systems, implemented Moodle LMS for 300+ students, and played a crucial role in quality assurance efforts. My contributions helped BIT successfully qualify in three consecutive BQA audit cycles.

The Freelance Years (2020-2023)

The pandemic opened new opportunities for remote consulting and specialized training. As a Freelance IT Professional, I delivered Power BI solutions that reduced manual reporting time by 60% for SMEs. ProCloud Training Center (2022-2023)
