"Dry Hire" means we provide the professional service, bar setup, mixers, napkins, cups, straws, ice, and signage but you provide the alcohol. It allows you to skip the massive venue markups and purchase your favorite brands at retail prices. We handle the rest—from setup to the final pour.


Per Hawai'i State Liquor Laws, we cannot legally purchase or sell alcohol. However, we make it incredibly easy for you! Once you book a package, we provide a customized alcohol shopping list based on your guest count and signature drink choices, so you know exactly what to buy without overspending.


While you bring the booze, we bring the "everything else." Depending on your package, this includes:

  • Professional bar tools (shakers, jiggers, etc.)

  • All the mixers needed to create a great cocktail/mocktail

  • Dehydrated or fresh garnishes.

  • High-end compostable and/or repurposed recycled plastic drinkware, napkins, and straws

  • Ice (optional add-on) and cooling equipment

As a general rule, we recommend one bartender for every 75 guests for beer and wine service. If you’re serving custom cocktails, we suggest one per 50 guests to keep the lines short and the vibes high.


Absolutely. Every member of our team is Blue Card certified (Kaua'i County liquor service permit). We also carry full General Liability and Liquor Liability insurance for your peace of mind.
