NathanNeurotic provides digital content, creative services, subscriptions, and occasional physical goods. All offerings are provided "as is" unless otherwise stated.

Digital Products & Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • All digital sales are final

  • Digital content is non-refundable

We are committed to customer satisfaction and will provide free support and troubleshooting assistance through our official communication channels (Discord and email).

Physical Products & Refund Policy:

If a physical item is offered for sale:

  • Physical items are not eligible for returns

  • No return address is provided for security and privacy reasons

In the event of a verified issue (such as damage or non-delivery), we may, at our discretion:

  • Issue a full or partial refund, or

  • Provide an alternative resolution

We reserve the right to refund without requiring the item to be returned.

Subscriptions & Recurring Payments:
