"Pasito a Paso" is the Spanish term to describe a process that takes smaller and bigger steps. I am here to support you on your journey towards emotional well-being and personal growth.

About me

I’m someone who brings warmth, curiosity, and compassion into the therapeutic space. I work to understand each person’s unique world and experiences, because I believe that real support starts with being truly seen and heard. Therapy should meet you where you are — with your life, your goals, your reality.

Currently I am offering counselling. After getting my license I will be able to offer psychotherapy within the next year.

Psychological Counseling

Counselling may be suitable for people who

  • are not currently experiencing symptoms of a mental health disorder
