How it Works
1. Choose a Character
From Elsa, to Stitch, to Mickey Mouse → Once Upon a Smile Has it all! Choose any Disney character that your child aspires!
2. Choose a Service and Time
Depending on what works for you, select an in-person or online visit and schedule for one of the times below:
Sunday: Between 12 pm-5 pm EST (9 am-2 pm PST)
Monday-Friday: Between 2pm-7pm (11am-4pm PST)
Saturday: Between 12pm-8pm EST (9am-5pm PST)
***Special times available upon request for flexibility with non-U.S. or early bird families***
