Tari is a seasoned Nigerian business leader with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of housing finance and financial services, where he has consistently driven innovation and practical, market-focused solutions. He is widely respected for his strategic leadership and a strong track record in enterprise risk management, mortgage banking, and business development, with a reputation for combining analytical depth with creative execution.He holds a degree in Mathematics from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and is currently pursuing a Master’s in International Business Management at the University of East London. He has further strengthened his expertise through executive training at leading institutions, including the Financial Institutions Training Centre (FITC) and the Disaster Recovery Institute International.Throughout his career, Tari has held senior leadership roles at prominent financial institutions such as Diamond Bank, Sterling Bank, Enterprise Bank Limited, FHA Mortgage Bank, and the Bullion Group, where he contributed to strengthening risk frameworks and driving sustainable business growth. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Plot One and sits on several boards, where he provides strategic direction, governance oversight, and thought leadership.
