Attorney Queen's Biography

Mr. Queen has been practicing law since 1973 when he graduated from Dickinson Law School (Penn State Univ.) as a member of the Law Review. He served as a law clerk to a federal judge and thereafter as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Pennsylvania, Maryland and a Special Assistant in D.C. He was appointed by President Regan and confirmed by the Senate as the U.S. Attorney in Pennsylvania. He was later appointed to serve as the Deputy Assistant and Acting Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Treasury where he oversaw the enforcement activities of the Secret Service, Customs, Alcohol Tobacco & Firearms and the I.R.S. He also participated in creating the Office of Financial Enforcement. He served as the Treasury Department representative to INTERPOL. He is licensed to practice in California, Maryland, various federal courts and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is the author a legal texts including "The California Private Investigator's Legal Manual (3rd Ed.). Mr Queen is also a licensed private investigator.

Contract Services and Professional License Litigation

Mr. Queen has handled hundreds of cases involving the review and drafting of contracts for personal services and sales of goods. He has extensive experience involving health care compliance, allegations of over-billing of medical services and similar matters. His firm reviews and writes employment contracts for physicians and hospitals as well as representing claims of breach of employment contracts. As both an attorney and California-licensed private investigator, Mr. Queen has used his unique skills to represent investigators, bail bondsmen, body guards and similar types of professionals licensed by the California Bureau of Security Services. His representation of licensees includes defending license revocations, refusals to issue licenses and civil litigation brought against licensees by their clients. The is the author of "The California Private Investigator's Legal Manual" (3rd Ed.)

Litigation Services

Mr. Queen has tried more than 200 cases before juries and represented hundreds of clients in pursuing and defending civil cases involving a wide range of claims such as breach of contract, fraud identity theft, defamation and the like. As a Federal prosecutor he lead investigations and trials involving fraud, bank robbery, kidnapping and threats against the President. While U.S. Attorney, Mr. Queen lead the prosecution of the Three-Mile Island nuclear power plant emergency and the E. F. Hutton mail fraud case. His prosecutorial experience effectively prepared him for Federal white collar defense and civil litigation on behalf of victims whose cases were not pursued by state and Federal prosecutors.
