Dorian (Two Spirited) B.
Artist, Collaborator, Designer, Story Teller
Sekhon friends, I am Dorian, a Two-Spirited, Metis/Mi'kmaq artist and drummer/Singer who is organically from the East Cost of Canada, on Mohawk Territory. I take my artist inspirations from traditional , as well as evolutional indigenous cultural art/artists. I am largely creating a fusion between traditional, evolutional and original designs, and I am greatly inspired by my mentors and friends that I have, while using paint, leather and carving as my mediums. I have a bond with both Coastal Indigenous art an seem to dream images that reflect the art if the traditional Coast Salish, Haida nd Squamish Indigenous people, and I have yet to find someone who hasn't been moved by this art. I want only the good energy/vibes to be embedded in my art that reaches you and your loved ones. I am actively healing my own traumas, fears and self, with each piece of art that I create, and in creating this art for you, I am showing my own love language. I hope you enjoy my art and it helps you the way that keeps healing me.

C.J. Dumas
Collaborating Artist
I am a Cree man, and a Residential School survivor. The images paint or draw have all come through my dreams. My art is what gets me thru, by the drama that was caused by colonization. My art helps me heal, it is my medium. I am grateful to the Creator for giving me the talent that I can share with you. Thank you.
