I took this photo of my wife with her grandma, as part of a project she had to do for Occupational therapy school. Her grandma is over 90 and has severe Dementia and has lived with my wife and her parents for the last 5+ years.

Our Services

Properly cleaning fresh, uncooked produce is a must when preparing a meal, and with this in mind, the elderly woman pictured here was doing just that, as she was thoroughly cleaning a number of carrots and radishes. Note that there was soil still clinging to the tubers, which would have to be entirely removed using vigorous scrubbing with soapy warm water. Cleaning also will remove environmental pollutants, such pesticides from the foods’ surfaces.

This is Siggy Weiser. He is a Holocaust survivor. 75 years later he is back watching Jewish youth praying in the death camp Auschwitz, Mr. Weiser’s previous residence, where he was threatened with death daily.

Our granny got ninety and all her grandchildren could send her were a few clips on youtube.
