As the CEO of Re:Work I lead our mission to create real pathways back into employment for those facing barriers. I focus on building structured programs, strong partnerships and an enviroment where people can grow, regain confidence and move forward.

I work directly with clients who are returning to the job market after difficult life situations. I support them in rebuilding basic work habits, such as responsibility, communication, and daily routine. I guide clients step by step, monitor their progress, and provide clear and honest feedback.
