The flaw in business was competition than later it became a goal to compete. Businesses started to understand the meaning of partnership. To lose was to win in business. There was never space for a loss in sale anymore. Business became versatile, a variety.

There are thrift stores in every corner. To take a loss became another sale in e-commerce, customer service, Merchandising, IT, restaurants and many more. Depending on how the mind of an entrepreneur works. This means that partnering with the competitor was a smart move to improve the economy. Changing meant evolving in the business world and that brought better results and a larger revenue.

What does transparency mean to my company?

Growing a business for me became like a building. Something that I have to create from the ground up.

I would first have to lay a foundation and ground rules (and that meant wearing a security helmet while monitoring my location where ever I was at). I became everyone.

Building from the ground up mentally and physically from whichever level I was on. Brick-by-brick, just building.

The critics were critics, the show was still was on.

And I, the CEO of Roselaure Louis LLC was thriving to keep the business running, day-by-day.

Then suddenly,

TRANSPARENCY came knocking at my door.

Transparency became big factor in the way that I run my business with values, honesty, trust, and integrity.

As a creator, an entrepreneur, an Einstein, I say YES to transparency. I use to work 9-5 customer service jobs for many years and there were times when the boss would just FIRE me just to hire someone like a friend or family. And that meant everything that I was saving for did not matter. When I filed that job application and was hired, I gave my all, my social security number, my address, my emergency contacts, references, and trust that I had a job. The core values didn't matter anymore, the trust was gone.

Transparency became okay for me, something that is normal in the world today, people are thrown around job to job, there's no secured position. Those meaningful things were gone. Being transparent became a big value, there was no reason to pretend anymore.

Becoming someone with a story, a vision, goals, similar to a biography of my life is what mattered most.

The people want to know everything. The consumers wonder. There was no where to hide. My reality became a celebrity. Where I come from, if you dim my light, you just made me hotter.

I create.

The stories, my trials and tribulations became a remarkable story. Transparently through my highs, over the years my lows became the highs.

So, why not?

Many people of business were black-listed, white-listed, roasted, or SHUT DOWN and for them the garbage became treasure elsewhere, centuries ago.

And guess what keeps my business running.
