What Open House is
A sign-in sheet that works at the door
Print a QR poster. Guests scan it with their own phone — nothing to download, no account to make. Run it on a tablet and it keeps taking sign-ins when the Wi-Fi drops.
It sorts the room while you shake hands
Every answer maps onto a real contact field. A buyer moving in the next three months who says outright they have no agent is flagged the second they submit. Skip a question and it records "not answered" — never "no".
One agent, one database
Each agent gets their own copy with its own database. Nobody else's clients are in it, and yours are not in anyone else's. Export the whole list to a spreadsheet whenever you want.
