Yes i tend to use discord screen share but if it requires more hands on assistance i will usually use Microsoft's built in Quick Assist so there's no awkward installs, You can learn more about it below

I do a semi large number of consoles but i typically repair Switches and Xbox's with a rare occasion of 3DS's

I have worked on mainly 3DS's ranging from replacing a screen or buttons to modding the software, I have also done Xbox case swaps and re-pasting, I have also done a few PS4's with replacing their hard drives, and then switches i haven't done any complicated fixes aside from replacing joy con batteries and sticks
