I asked permission before I photographed this young lady just sitting quietly and captivated by the ever-changing vista in front of her. The light was magnificent on this early October day, and it seeming never stopped revealing and hiding the incredible mountains in the distance. I loved the contrast of her blonde ponytail and the deep tones of the mountains.
