What happend with having fun at work?
I am a good at exploring and setting the focus. I use the term coach to be recognized for that .
Before that I was in leadership. I probably always coached, but now I have specialized into it. I became country director before someone provided me a coach. After that I have learned to balance between what you are doing and who you are.
What I bring
Curiosity, I listen. I sometimes sit on the edge of the chair wanting to give advice, but I hold back. I let you shape the narrative, but I don't let you walk around in circles. I bring 20 years of leadership experience from multicultural teams, I know there are many ways to reach the destination and I have a tool box mixed with experience and raw gut and a more methodological approach through trainings and courses
I am a certified ORSC coach because my passion is with group dynamics and shifting team, but I am also trained in Co-Active approach towards individuals
What I actually do
I help you to hold a space where you can challenge yourself to go the next level. I help you to stress-test your assumptions about who you are and what you do. If you are pretty happy with that already, you are probably not looking for someone like me. But I often meet these characters when I do team coaching. The perfect actor within a bigger system, the one not to blame for the team struggling. Then I help to help to unwrap those views, I bring in different voices and perspectives and I look for the voices of the system
How I work
Direct. I won't let you talk in circles for six sessions before we get to the real issue. I also won't pretend I have the answer, because I don't. But I'll help you find yours faster than you would on your own, and I'll hold you to it.
Currently
I coach leaders and professionals globally, virtually and in person.
