Terms And Conditions

1. Booking & Availability

  • All appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • Arrival times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or weather conditions.

  • The customer must provide accurate vehicle details when booking.

2. Access Requirements

  • The customer must ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe, accessible location suitable for detailing.

  • Adequate space must be available around the vehicle for the detailer to work safely.

3. Water & Power Supply

  • The customer is responsible for providing access to a working water tap.

  • A hose connected to the tap must be available and long enough to reach the vehicle’s location.

  • The customer is responsible for providing access to a standard power outlet within reasonable distance of the vehicle.

  • If water, hose access, or power is not available upon arrival, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled (a $20 call‑out fee applies, or $25 in wet weather).

4. Safety & Environment

  • No pets are allowed near the detailer or the work area at any time.

  • Children and bystanders must be kept at a safe distance during the service.

  • The detailer reserves the right to stop work if the environment is unsafe.

5. Vehicle Condition

  • The customer must disclose any existing damage, defects, or sensitive areas on the vehicle.

  • Heavily soiled vehicles (pet hair, mould, excessive dirt, stains) may incur additional charges, typically an extra $20–$40.

  • The detailer is not responsible for pre‑existing damage or wear.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer or other digital payment methods agreed upon at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee, typically $15.

  • If payment is not made on the day of service, a late payment fee may be applied, and future bookings may be declined until the outstanding balance is settled.

  • If a customer refuses to pay for a completed service, the outstanding amount may be forwarded to a collection process, and no further appointments will be accepted until the balance is resolved.

7. Weather Conditions

  • Services may be rescheduled in the event of heavy rain, storms, or unsafe weather.

  • The detailer will notify the customer as early as possible if rescheduling is required.

8. Liability

  • The detailer takes all reasonable care when working on the vehicle.

  • The business is not liable for personal items left inside the vehicle; customers should remove valuables before the appointment, and retrieval of heavily hidden or obstructed items may incur an additional charge, typically $15.

  • The business is not responsible for mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to the detailing process.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If the customer is not satisfied with the service, they must notify the detailer within 24 hours.

  • Reasonable efforts will be made to address concerns, but refunds are not guaranteed.
