About Me

Bhakti Chaphalkar

Hello, I’m Bhakti, a Counselling Psychologist and CBT-certified practitioner with a special focus on anxiety disorders, depression, and social anxiety, and Addiction prevention. For over 10 years, I have been dedicated to supporting adolescents and children as they navigate emotional, academic, and social challenges.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based. I believe every young person deserves a safe space where they can express themselves openly, understand their emotions, and develop skills that empower them to thrive. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic tools, I help my clients to build resilience, manage overwhelming thoughts, and strengthen their sense of self.

Alongside one-on-one counselling, I have conducted numerous Study Skills Workshops for school-aged children. These workshops have helped many students enhance their concentration, organization, time management, and overall academic performance.
