0-999 sqft, the price is $325.00,
if the building is 1000-1499 sqft 	the price is $350.00,
if the building is 1500-1999 sqft 	the price is $375.00,
if the building is 2000-2499 sqft 	the price is $400.00,
if the building is 2500-2999 sqft 	the price is $425.00,
3000 sqft and up 	.15 sqft,
for stand alone building garage/storage 	the price is $100.00,
a stand alone building with livable 	the price is $150.00,
A pool inspection price is 	$75.00. 
Commercial buildings are the	same pricing as above
