Minister Ras Lazarus Nazari, known traditionally as Babaluaye Ofun Ka Imoye and by birth as Bruce Gray, is a respected traditional leader of the Gullah and Rastafari nations. He is a sovereign statesman, cultural visionary, and global advocate for Indigenous rights and humanitarian development.  

As Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Ethiopian World Federation, Inc. (EWF, Inc.), an international government established under the authority of His Imperial Majesty Haile Selassie I, he bridges ancient legacy with modern diplomacy to advance the cause of self-determination for oppressed peoples worldwide.
