Danny

I haven’t had a straight path.

I’ve lived through anxiety.
I’ve battled health anxiety.
I’ve gone through periods of heavy drinking and addiction.
I’ve spent years drifting, stuck in my own head, and unsure how to move forward.

There were times where I felt completely off track.

Alone.
Overwhelmed.
And like life was slipping away from me.

Not because I didn’t care—
but because I had no momentum.

And when you lose momentum, everything becomes harder.

Simple things feel heavy.
Decisions feel overwhelming.
You stop trusting yourself.

But I didn’t stay there.

I got sober.
I faced the anxiety instead of running from it.
I started rebuilding my health, my discipline, and my life.

Not perfectly.
Not all at once.

But step by step.

What I learned is this:

You don’t rebuild your life by thinking your way out of it.

You rebuild it by moving.

By taking action.
By building structure.
By doing things that bring your self-respect back.

That’s what I’m doing now.

I’m not here as a guru.

I’m here as someone who knows what it feels like to lose years…
