The Zephyr Zoomie Zone is a dog supply store operated by Nicholas Rodriguez Jr., a sole proprietor based in New Jersey, United States. This policy explains what personal information we handle when you buy from us, why we handle it, who it is shared with, and what you can ask us to do about it.

WHERE WE SELL

Our products are sold through TikTok Shop. TikTok operates that platform and collects information from you directly under its own privacy policy, which governs your use of the TikTok app and website. This policy covers only what we, as the seller, receive and do.

WHAT WE RECEIVE

When you place an order, TikTok Shop passes us the information needed to fulfil it: your name, your shipping address, a contact phone number or email where one is provided, and the contents of your order. We do not receive your payment card details - payment is handled entirely by TikTok Shop and its payment processors, and we never see your card number. If you message us about an order, we also hold whatever you choose to tell us in that message.

HOW WE USE IT

To pack and ship your order, arrange delivery, handle returns, refunds and exchanges, answer questions about your order, and keep the business and tax records a seller is required to keep. Nothing else.

AUTOMATED PROCESSING

Our own software reads our order records so that our sales figures and accounts stay accurate without being retyped by hand. It records four things and no others: which item sold, for how much, when, and the order reference. It does not read, copy or store your name, your address or your contact details, and it makes no automated decision about you.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

Shipping carriers, so your order can be delivered. Where an item ships directly from a supplier rather than from us, that supplier receives the name and address needed to send it and nothing more. TikTok Shop, which already holds the order. Nobody else.

WE DO NOT SELL YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell, rent or trade customer information, and we do not share it for advertising.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

For as long as it takes to complete your order and cover the returns window, and after that only as long as tax and business record-keeping rules require. Then it is deleted.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email casanovaforsale@gmail.com and we will respond promptly. You can also raise a request through TikTok Shop, and we will help them answer it. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under state privacy law.

CHILDREN

Our store is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

SECURITY

Access to order information is limited to the owner. It is held on a password-protected system and is never given to anyone who does not need it to get your order to you.

CHANGES

We update this policy when our practices change, and revise the effective date above.
