Please take a moment to read through our policies to help us provide the best, safest, and most enjoyable grooming experience for your dog.

💰 Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your final balance.

⏰ Cancellations

We understand life happens! If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.

• 48+ hours’ notice: ✅ No fee

• 24–48 hours’ notice: ⚠️ 50% charge

• Less than 24 hours / no-show: ❌ Full fee applies

🐾 Late Arrivals

If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or charged in full to keep our day running smoothly.

🪳 Flea Policy

If fleas are found during your appointment, a £10 salon cleaning fee will be added, and the groom may be paused or rescheduled to protect other dogs.

🐶 Late Collection

Please collect your dog promptly after their groom. A £5 fee applies for every 15 minutes past your agreed pick-up time.

💕 Health & Safety

For everyone’s comfort and wellbeing, please ensure your dog is up to date with vaccinations and vet-approved flea prevention before their appointment.
