Our ACU-BREEZE tensioner is a single & dual acting system with super fast retraction – saving both time and effort.  The direct fit design is a single acting tool that requires manual retraction once maximum stroke has been reached.

On a full circuit of tools the ACU-BREEZE would be automatically retracted simultaneously hydraulically or by springs assistance.

The ACU-BREEZE is a slimline tower design to suit most narrow wind turbine applications at a working pressure of 150 MPa.

The DF is also a compact design to suit majority of applications but working pressure is much higher at 227.5 MPa. Pressurizing the system to a lower pressure rating is much quicker than pressurizing at a higher pressure especially when doing multiple tools simultaneously.

The ACU-BREEZE tool has a number of safety features to protect the user from stud failure, puller failure, seal failure or even misuse.

The ACU-BREEZE tool has a positive stop so if accidentally over-stroked the tool can react within itself up to working pressure without any issues. If any sort of puller failure the puller is captivated with the tool.

Any seal failure will result in the tool leaking internally protecting the user from any high pressure external oil projectiles.

The DF tool has inner seal blow so it does also fail safe when seals fails.

The DF tools are designed around the application to be made safe.    

The ACU-BREEZE tooling is made to be as lightweight as possible so its not so much of a strain on the operators to install/uninstall.
