The Çamlıca Mosque, located in Istanbul, is one of the largest mosques in Turkey and in the world. Opened in 2019, it can accommodate up to 63,000 people both inside and outside. Built on Çamlıca Hill on the Asian side of the city, it offers a spectacular view of the Bosphorus and Istanbul.This mosque combines tradition and modernity. Its architecture is inspired by classical Ottoman mosques, with an impressive central dome and six slender minarets, while incorporating modern technologies such as elevators, underfloor heating, and advanced lighting systems.
