This is the "terrazza" room: it consists of a single-bed room and a double-bed room, it's connected to a large terrace.

The "balcone" room: it's a double-bed room with an extra single-bed. It's provided with a balcony.

San Geremia is a church in Venice, northern Italy, located in the sestiere of Cannaregio. The apse of the church faces the Grand Canal (Venice), between the Palazzo Labia and the Palazzo Flangini. The edifice is popular as the seat of the cult of Saint Lucy of Syracuse, whose remains are housed inside. The church is object of pilgrimages and wide devotion for the presence of the relics of Saint Lucy, which were carried here in 1861 when the nearby church dedicated to her was demolished.

The hosts were super sweet and friendly. Loved our stay in venice. The bus station is right outside the property and was very convenient. There's also a supermarket right next to it. Will definitely recommend

Great location with a direct bus to Venice every 20 minutes. The hosts were very friendly, check-in was easy and quick. Private parking was very convenient, and there is a supermarket nearby.

La cosa che mi e' piaciuta di piu' e' stata sicuramente il rapporto con i proprietari, molto simpatici e disponibili, la camera che andava bene per il breve soggiorno, la vicinanza al lidl (strategica per fare una breve cena in camera usando il microonde), la vicinanza alla fermata del bus che porta direttamente a Venezia.

sembrava di stare in famiglia. Tutti molto gentili ed accoglienti. stanza pulita al primo piano. da sapere che ci sono scale da fare. bellissima terrazza per sorseggiare un aperitivo alla sera. Lidl proprio di fianco. ottimo il parcheggio interno privato.

The Best Part I liked about this Place is the Host. He is so helpful & he is so accommodating that I never felt that I am out of any country .he made us very comfortable. He took really good care of us . In the middle of the night when I faced an issue related to the Door he helped me a lot.
I guess I didn't find any major point which I can highlight here. Everything really met my expectation.
