Nazia qualified as an Osteopath in 1989 from the British School of Osteopathy (BSO), in London and set up a practice in Swiss Cottage, London. She was also part of a multi-disciplinary team working with Dr Anita Davies a GP and homeopath in Upper Wimpole St, London.

She is as a holistic Health and Wellness coach who trained with the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy and has over 30 years of experience helping clients integrate holistic healing practices to enhance mental and physical wellness.
