Exploring what was already there, finding your way home is paving the way for people to share stories about resilience, diversity, and growth. Lets monitor discrimination closely together. As a small business we watched how dramatically hate crimes were quickly produced. Something that is very dangerous for the business world and the economy we live in.

In the business industry we closely watch for signals to how people treat each other in the business sector globe:

• creating Prejudice

• creating diversity, confusion

• causing social inequality

• People for example creating blocks and groups with lights to separate others, habits rooted from segregation

• whistling at women for attention, related to the Florida Whistle-blower's Act.

• applauding alienation

A place where these sorts of things exist is not a great place to live, grow a family, or a business.

(Sarasota, Tampa, and Naples are researched today as the great places to live in Florida)

Watching out for the Negativity?

Through our lens We have seen "those people" who were left lost, alone and wondering. Research has shown higher numbers of professional people smoothly sailing towards nice trails leaving some of the people hopeless and isolated. Always remember you are paving the way as you go, your footprints are ours too.

As a company at Xoro International & Co we came to the agreement that the small thing you leave behind can lead to the alienation of others which furthermore leads to racism.
