Dates are not reserved until the retainer has been received.<ul><li>Retainers are applied toward the total service balance.</li><li>Remaining balances are due prior to or on the event date.</li><li>Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.</li></ul><h4>Wedding Bookings</h4>Wedding services are reserved exclusively for bridal clients and their parties.<ul><li>A minimum number of services may be required for peak wedding dates.</li><li>Bridal trials are strongly recommended to finalize your wedding day look.</li><li>Final headcounts must be confirmed in advance.</li></ul><h4>Timing &amp; Client Preparedness</h4>To ensure timely service for all clients:<ul><li>Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face when possible.</li><li>Skin care should be completed prior to your appointment unless discussed beforehand.</li><li>Delays in your arrival may result in reduced service time to maintain the event schedule.</li></ul><h4>Travel Policy</h4>On-location services are available for weddings and events.<ul><li>Travel within 20 miles of the service area is included.</li><li>Travel beyond this radius is billed at $0.70 per mile (round trip).</li><li>Parking fees, tolls, or valet charges are the responsibility of the client when applicable.</li><li>Early morning or extended-distance bookings may require adjusted travel accommodations.</li></ul>Travel fees will always be discussed and confirmed before booking approval.<h4>Cancellations &amp; Rescheduling</h4><ul><li>Retainers are non-refundable due to date reservation.</li><li>Rescheduling requests will be accommodated when availability allows.</li><li>Cancellations within a specified window may result in partial or full balance responsibility.</li></ul><h4>Artist Professional Standards</h4>Professional sanitation practices are followed at all times.
