Booking an appointment confirms agreement with the policies outlined below.

Booking & Retainers

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all wedding and event bookings. Dates are not reserved until the retainer has been received.

• Retainers are applied toward the total service balance.

• Remaining balances are due prior to or on the event date.

• Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Wedding Bookings

Wedding services are reserved exclusively for bridal clients and their parties.

• A minimum number of services may be required for peak wedding dates.

• Bridal trials are strongly recommended to finalize your wedding day look.

• Final headcounts must be confirmed in advance.

Timing & Client Preparedness

To ensure timely service for all clients:

• Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face when possible.

• Skin care should be completed prior to your appointment unless discussed beforehand.

• Delays in your arrival may result in reduced service time to maintain the event schedule.

Travel Policy

On-location services are available for weddings and events.

• Travel within 20 miles of the service area is included.

• Travel beyond this radius is billed at $0.70 per mile (round trip).

• Parking fees, tolls, or valet charges are the responsibility of the client when applicable.

• Early morning or extended-distance bookings may require adjusted travel accommodations.

Travel fees will always be discussed and confirmed before booking approval.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Retainers are non-refundable due to date reservation.

• Rescheduling requests will be accommodated when availability allows.

• Cancellations within a specified window may result in partial or full balance responsibility.

Artist Professional Standards

Professional sanitation practices are followed at all times. High-quality professional products are used to ensure long-lasting, camera-ready results.

The artist reserves the right to refuse service in situations that compromise safety, health standards, or respectful working conditions.

Agreement

By submitting a booking request, clients acknowledge they have reviewed and agreed to these policies.
