As part of our Region of Halton CCEF grant, we presented the Milton Repair Cafe (Sustainable Milton) with a cheque to cover some of their expenses. YourTV Cogeco covered the story March 28.

Bring your broken appliances, items to upcoming repair cafes
The first, to celebrate Earth Day, will be held on Wednesday, April 22, between 1-4 p.m. at the Film.ca cinema, 171 Speers Road. The second will be held on Saturday, May 2, between 12 noon and 3 p.m. at the Church of the Incarnation, 1240 Old Abbey Lane.

We help you fix broken electronics, from smartphones to small TVs, so you can get back to enjoying your favorite devices. Our knowledgeable volunteers are here to assist you in troubleshooting and repairing your gadgets.

Electronics Repair

Revitalize your kitchen and gardening tools with our tool sharpening service, ensuring they are safe and efficient for use. Our volunteers can help you keep your tools in top condition for all your projects.

Tool Sharpening

Bring your bicycle to our café, where experienced volunteers can assist with repairs and maintenance to keep you cycling smoothly. From flat tires to brake adjustments, we’ve got you covered.

Bicycle Repair

Our skilled volunteers provide repair services for various small household appliances and items, ensuring they are restored to working order, keeping them out of the landfill site. You stay, watch, learn and even help with the repair. Bring in your toasters, blenders,lamps, toys and more for a second chance at life.

Small Appliance Repair

We don't fix items with a circuit board, tvs, computers, cell phones, power tools, lawn mowers, power sprayers, sewing machines or items that others fix for a living. It's always best to email us, tell us what you'd like to bring in and schedule an appointment at our next event.

What We don't fix

Our volunteers are skilled in mending and repairing clothing, bags, and other fabric items. Bring your torn garments and let us help you extend their lifespan. Simple repairs please. For alterations or major sewing we suggest you take them to an alteration shop. There are many in town.
