Our Objectives

 To engage in social infrastructure and human resources development activities particularly in the rural areas of Tanzania

 To Enhance universal access to and participation in quality education, health for improving social wellbeing

 To stimulate and promote community based revenue streaming and income generation activities aimed at reducing poverty, which are conscious of the environmental impact

 To work on climate change, biodiversity conservation, renewable energy, education for sustainable development, water resources, research on issues related to environment, economic and social matters

 Fostering rational utilization of natural resources for sustainable development to ensure food security, diversified sources of income and improved livelihoods of communities

Program Implementation

Our ability to sustain and accelerate the implementation of social welfare provision depends greatly on our ability to navigate and respond to the convergence of changes in the global, regional and national development agenda. In order to achieve the sustainable social welfare, CSSWT will continue increasing and improving communities' livelihoods and managing the environment through sustainable utilization of natural resources and application of environmentally sound, economically viable and socially acceptable technologies.

CSSWT competently offers support in various aspects of organizational development including program facilitation, as well as training, awareness raising, mentoring of staff members. Our varied support to organizations has focused on resource mobilization in the following focus area: Health governance, Child protection, Economic empowerment, Disability, gender and development, Education, Environment and natural resource management, water, hygiene and sanitations (WASH)

Response to Social Issues

CSSWT in responding to the overwhelming social, economic and environmental impacts associated with illiteracy rate and extremely poverty caused by unequal access and utilization of natural resources and the economic and social imbalances in the communities, CSSWT

 Provides the beginnings of a roadmap for those seeking new ways forward in the fight against adversities.

 It designs interventions that address the issues facing the community including abuse, violence, stigma, discrimination and displacement in the community.

 Works closely with different stakeholders including government, Civil society and community leadership in mobilizing resources for projects implementations.
