Kahwa is a Social Worker and Facilitator on Psychosocial Care and Support for almost 9 years. He is skilled in the area of Self-awareness, Mental Health, Psychosocial support Models, Facilitation Skills, Children development, supporting youth living with HIV and AIDS, Life skills, Sexual and Reproductive Health, Resilience building, Stress and coping, Listening skills, Grief and Morning, Psychological effects of Abuse, Guidelines and Procedures for Providing Psychosocial Care and Support for Children, families and communities.
Kahwa has more than 15 years of working experience in Community based work with children and Youth including: Child rights, Personal and Professional Development, Child and Youth development, Care and support of Children at risk and integrated development in the Community.
He is also Competence in IT with more than 20 years hands on experiences in computer repair, troubleshooting, Data collection & management, Local Area Network Installation and configuration. He is also skilled in computer Softwares: includes Database Management System, Microsoft Excel, Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS), Microsoft Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook Express, Accounting Packages (Tally, MYOB and QUICK BOOKS), Adobe Photoshop, PageMaker etc.

William T. Henerico
Monitoring & Evaluation Director
Henerico has over 17 years of progressive & responsible experience leading expertise in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), research, mapping, surveys, knowledge management, and learning. He has long-term experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning of development projects. Has managed research studies, evaluations, and assessments to showcase the project's impact. Leading the monitoring and evaluation system, developing data collection methods, systems, and tools, and leading complex statistical analyses and M&E reporting. Developed proposal concepts, and inception reports and designed field schedules for data collection. Lead online data collections (using ODK/Kobo) to report program activities from input, output, outcomes, and impact using mobile, online/web interfaces to host data.
He’s worked on development projects, private sector development, access to finance, SME development, gender and women empowerment, skills development and job creation in the informal sector. His typical research skills, knowledge &experience in projects have helped him achieve over 30 consultancies. Has knowledge and extensive experience in the use of quantitative and qualitative data analysis software such as Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), NVivo, and ATLAS.ti. He has interests in providing capacity building to youth and women and strengthening local CSOs to become effective in in-service delivery. Above all, he loves working with people as a team, serving clients, and organizing/coordinating multi-tasks.

Cladius is has extensive knowledge in Accounting, Finance and Business administration, he is skilled in climate change, biodiversity conservation, renewable energy, education for sustainable development, water resources, research on issues related to environment, economic and social matters
He has also experience in working in fostering rational utilization of natural resources for sustainable development to ensure food security, diversified sources of income and improved livelihoods of communities, managing the environment through sustainable utilization of natural resources and application of environmentally sound, economically viable and socially acceptable technologies.
