Not Broken. Just due a Service.
One session. One honest read of how you're actually doing.
You're the person other people lean on. The work gets done. The calendar runs. The people in your life stay looked after. And quietly, somewhere underneath, the pressure has been climbing for longer than you've wanted to admit.
The MOT is a single sixty-minute session with a BACP-registered clinician, followed by a Digital Wellbeing report you keep. £250 No commitment to anything after.
What is a Mental Health MOT?
A Mental Health MOT is a single, structured psychological session designed to give you a clear, written read of where you actually are mentally — without committing you to ongoing therapy. Most people don't come to therapy because something has broken. They come because something has been quietly costing them — sleep, focus, patience, the version of themselves they used to recognise — and they want to look at it properly before it gets worse.
The MOT is built for that moment. A deliberate stocktake of where you actually are, with someone qualified to read the patterns.
Who it's for
You might recognise yourself in any of these.
The senior leader whose anxiety has learned to look like competence.
The business owner still showing up at work and going quieter at home.
The founder who built the life they planned and is quietly asking what comes next.
The person whose mind won't quieten — health worries, intrusive thoughts, the loops you can't reason your way out of.
The person whose life looks different than the one they planned — children grown, a marriage ended, an old social architecture that hasn't quite rebuilt.
You're not in crisis. You're not at the point of needing rescuing. You're at the point where it would be useful, finally, to hear what someone who does this for a living thinks.
What you get
One sixty-minute session and a written summary you keep.
The session is a conversation grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy — an evidence-based approach well suited to the patterns that don't resolve themselves with more effort. The summary lands within three working days. What's actually going on. What's worth attending to. A clear view on whether ongoing work would help, or whether the one session was enough.
No pressure to book anything further. The MOT is its own thing.
How it works
Book a time that fits your week. Sixty minutes, online or in person at the practice in Horsham. Your written summary arrives within three working days. That's the whole thing.
The fee is £250, paid at the time of booking.

Delivered by Albie Mew-Davies, Co-founder & Clinical Lead
All sessions are delivered by Albie Mew-Davies — Co-founder & Clinical Lead BACP-registered (membership 415049) and trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Albie currently practises as a therapist at the Priory Group in inpatient mental health, where he also continues to receive supervision in line with BACP requirements. His earlier clinical experience includes hospice work at St Barnabas House Hospice. Alongside private practice, he is a guest lecturer on ACT at Canterbury Christ Church University and the author of Beyond Not Knowing (2026) and Explore, Discover, Transform (2020).
He works with high-functioning adults — the people who tend not to ask for help until things are further along than they should be — and takes a small number of new clients each month.
A few honest answers
Is this therapy?
No — not in the ongoing sense. The MOT is a single session designed to give you a clearer view of where you actually are. If it points towards longer work, you'll hear that — and the choice is yours.
What if I don't know what I'd talk about?
Most people who book one don't. That's part of why they book it. The session does the work.
Who shouldn't book this?
If you're in acute crisis, the MOT isn't the right place to start. Samaritans (116 123) and NHS 111 (option 2 for mental health) are the right first calls. The MOT is for the quieter problem — the one that's been there a while.
How is a Mental Health MOT different from therapy?
A Mental Health MOT is a single, one-off session that gives you a clear read of where you are mentally, whereas therapy is ongoing, regular work over time. The MOT is a deliberate stocktake — one 60-minute conversation and a written summary — with no commitment to anything after. If it points towards longer work, you'll hear that, and the choice is entirely yours.
How much does a Mental Health MOT cost?
A Mental Health MOT at Eunoia Health costs £250, paid at the time of booking. That covers a single 60-minute session with a BACP-registered clinician, delivered online across the UK or in person in Horsham, plus a written summary you keep. No GP referral is needed.
What happens after the session?
After your session, you receive a written summary within three working days — setting out what's going on, what's worth attending to, and whether ongoing work would help or the one session was enough. There's no pressure to book anything further. The MOT is its own thing, and what you do next is up to you.
