Personalised strength training designed around your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle.

Whether you want to lose weight, build strength, improve confidence, learn kickboxing, or combine fitness with self-defence, every session is tailored specifically to you.

Using a mix of personal training, kickboxing, and Krav Maga-inspired techniques, you’ll build strength, energy, resilience, and confidence — both physically and mentally.

Group Fitness & Kick-boxing Classes

Supportive, empowering sessions for women, teens, and children of all fitness levels.

Classes can be delivered through schools, colleges, community organisations, or private groups, creating a fun and motivating environment to get fit, build confidence, and learn new skills.

Join our FREE fitness classes at Elizabeth House Community Centre, N5, every Friday during term time from 9:30am–10:30am.

We are happy to announce the NEW FIERCE KICKBOX FIT class running every Tuesday starting 12th May at 6:30-7:30pm in Clissold park! Come and join in on the FIERCE FUN!

Self-defence Workshops

Practical, empowering self-defence workshops for women, teens, and children.

Our workshops are designed to build confidence, improve awareness, and teach real-life self-defence skills in a safe, supportive, and age-appropriate environment.

Programmes typically run between 6–12 sessions and can be delivered through schools, community organisations, private groups, or bespoke bookings.

Sessions include:

  • Situational awareness

  • Boundary setting

  • Verbal de-escalation

Teen Self-Defence & Confidence Training
