SUPPORT, REFUNDS & USER RESPONSIBILITY

These policies apply to all products distributed by Heldorya Studio and govern technical support, troubleshooting procedures, refund eligibility, and customer responsibilities.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, installing, or using any product, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined below.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Heldorya Studio provides technical support exclusively for legitimate issues directly attributable to the purchased product.

Support is limited to problems caused by the product itself and does not extend to issues arising from external factors, user modifications, unsupported environments, hosting providers, server configurations, or third-party software.

Before contacting support, customers are required to:

  • Verify that the correct Minecraft Edition (Java) has been purchased.

  • Verify compatibility with the game version specified in the product description.

  • Follow all installation instructions provided with the product.

  • Perform reasonable troubleshooting procedures.

  • Ensure that mods, plugins, datapacks, resource packs, shaders, add-ons, server software, or any third-party tools are not causing conflicts.

Failure to complete reasonable troubleshooting procedures may result in support requests being declined.

ISSUE REPORTING REQUIREMENTS

Any report concerning missing content, installation failures, corrupted files, broken functionality, or alleged product defects must be supported by sufficient technical evidence.

Acceptable evidence includes:

  • Screenshots

  • Video recordings

  • Error messages

  • Crash reports

  • Log files

  • Detailed reproduction steps

Heldorya Studio reserves the right to reject, suspend, or close investigations where sufficient information has not been provided.

Claims based solely on assumptions, personal opinions, subjective interpretations, or unverifiable statements may not be considered.

REFUND POLICY

All products sold by Heldorya Studio are digital goods.

Due to the nature of downloadable digital content, products cannot be physically returned once delivered.

As a result, all sales are generally considered final.

Refund requests may only be reviewed at the sole discretion of Heldorya Studio and exclusively in situations where a verified product defect prevents normal use and cannot be resolved through reasonable support efforts.

Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.

NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES

Refund requests will be automatically denied in the following circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Accidental purchases.

  • Purchases made without reading the product description.

  • Purchases made without verifying compatibility prior to purchase.

  • Purchases made without verifying compatibility with the customer's Minecraft version, server software, hosting provider, operating system, or environment.

  • Purchases made for testing, evaluation, comparison, or personal review purposes.

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Personal preference or subjective dissatisfaction.

  • Expectations that are not explicitly stated within the product description.

  • Dissatisfaction regarding artistic style, aesthetics, terrain, vegetation, scale, proportions, layout, structure, colors, design choices, or any other subjective aspect of the product.

  • Failure to understand the product's advertised features before purchase.

  • Failure to read documentation, installation guides, or product information.

  • Failure to follow installation instructions.

  • Installation errors caused by the customer.

  • Lack of technical knowledge or experience.

  • Use of unsupported Minecraft versions.

  • Use of snapshots, beta releases, experimental versions, modified clients, or unofficial software.

  • Use of the product on unsupported platforms.

  • Conflicts caused by mods, plugins, datapacks, add-ons, resource packs, shaders, server software, or third-party tools.

  • Issues resulting from customer modifications made after download.

  • Issues resulting from editing, removing, replacing, or altering files included with the product.

  • Issues resulting from world conversions, migrations, imports, exports, or modifications performed by third parties.

  • Issues caused by world conversion software or external utilities.

  • Server-side configuration errors.

  • Hosting provider limitations or restrictions.

  • Performance issues caused by hardware limitations, operating systems, network conditions, or customer configurations.

  • Failure of the customer's device or server to meet minimum requirements.

  • Requests based solely on personal opinions or subjective judgments.

  • Requests submitted without sufficient technical evidence.

  • Requests containing incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or unverifiable information.

  • Requests submitted without first contacting support.

  • Requests submitted without attempting basic troubleshooting procedures.

  • Requests submitted after modifying, integrating, copying, redistributing, exporting, or otherwise using the product.

  • Requests submitted after the product has been successfully downloaded and made accessible to the customer.

  • Requests based on features, functionality, content, or compatibility not explicitly advertised in the product description.

  • Requests arising from misunderstandings or incorrect assumptions regarding the product.

  • Requests arising from future Minecraft updates, Mojang updates, Microsoft updates, server software updates, plugin updates, or changes introduced by third-party developers after the product's release.

Access to, download of, or use of any digital product constitutes proof of delivery of the digital good. Once the product has been downloaded, accessed, or made available to the customer, the transaction shall be considered fulfilled.

Heldorya Studio reserves the right to request additional technical evidence, screenshots, video recordings, log files, crash reports, and any other documentation deemed necessary to verify the legitimacy of a claim. Failure to provide such information may result in immediate denial of the request without further investigation.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

The customer is solely responsible for:

  • Reviewing all product information prior to purchase.

  • Verifying compatibility with their intended environment.

  • Maintaining backup copies of worlds, files, and server data.

  • Following installation procedures correctly.

  • Ensuring their system meets all technical requirements.

Heldorya Studio shall not be held responsible for:

  • Data loss.

  • World corruption.

  • User configuration errors.

  • Third-party software conflicts.

  • Server-related issues.

  • Improper installation.

  • Unauthorized modifications.

  • Changes introduced by Mojang, Microsoft, server software developers, plugin developers, or any third party.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & COMPATIBILITY

Minecraft is an actively developed platform that continuously evolves through updates and changes.

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain compatibility, Heldorya Studio does not guarantee permanent compatibility with future Minecraft versions, server software, operating systems, plugins, mods, resource packs, or third-party tools released after publication.

Compatibility is guaranteed only for the versions explicitly stated within the product description.

FRAUD PREVENTION & ABUSE

Heldorya Studio actively investigates all refund requests, support claims, payment disputes, and suspicious activity.

Any attempt to obtain products without payment, submit false claims, provide misleading information, abuse payment dispute systems, initiate unjustified chargebacks, or otherwise circumvent these policies may result in:

  • Permanent denial of support.

  • Revocation of access to purchased products.

  • Restriction or prohibition of future purchases.

  • Submission of relevant evidence to payment processors, marketplaces, platform operators, or legal authorities where applicable.

Fraudulent activity may be documented and retained for dispute resolution purposes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All products are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Heldorya Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Under no circumstances shall Heldorya Studio's total liability exceed the original purchase price paid for the product in question.

Heldorya Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the use of, inability to use, or misuse of any product.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Downloading, accessing, installing, or using any product distributed by Heldorya Studio constitutes full acceptance of these policies and terms.

If the customer does not agree with any portion of these terms, the product must not be downloaded, installed, accessed, or used.
