Cancellation Notice: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a coaching session, consultancy service, or training programme.

Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled session or training programme.
