For a recurring fee, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use. Features include a library of guided meditations, audio content, structured digital programs, and a habit/mood tracking tool.

5. Subscriptions and Payment
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it. All prices are listed in EUR. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider.
6. Access and Delivery
Upon successful payment of your subscription fee, you will receive immediate access to all features of the Jane Wellness Platform available under your chosen plan. Access is provided through our website and requires a user account.
7. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, audio, video, and software, is the exclusive property of Jane Wellness and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Platform's content.
