By purchasing or using the Dynamic CV product, you (“you” or “client”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Product Description

Dynamic CV is a personalised, interactive CV dashboard published publicly on the internet using Microsoft Power BI’s “Publish to web” feature. This platform allows you to showcase your professional profile, career history, achievements, and value proposition in an engaging digital format accessible via a public URL.

3. Public Accessibility and Data Responsibility

Public Accessibility Notice:
By purchasing Dynamic CV, you acknowledge and accept that your interactive CV dashboard will be published publicly on the internet using Power BI’s "Publish to web" feature. This means:

• Your dashboard will be accessible to anyone with the link without requiring login or authentication.

• The dashboard may be discoverable by search engines and can be shared widely.

Data Responsibility:
You are solely responsible for the content and information you provide for inclusion in your Dynamic CV. You agree not to include any personal, sensitive, confidential, or regulated information that you do not wish to make public.

Consent to Public Publication:
You explicitly consent to the public publication of your information through the Dynamic CV platform and acknowledge the risks associated with publishing your information online.

4. Refund Policy

All sales of the Dynamic CV product are final. By purchasing, you acknowledge that fees cover access, setup, and customisation of the interactive dashboard and associated support services, and payments are non-refundable once work on your dashboard begins.

5. Delivery and Revision Process

Delivery Timeline:

• Day 0: Receipt of your provided data and customisation preferences (typically immediately after payment).

• Day 5 (Business Days): First draft of your Dynamic CV dashboard delivered electronically for your review.
  In practice, this first draft is often completed within approximately 3 business days depending on the complexity and completeness of the data provided.

• Day 10 (Business Days): Final version completed and access credentials provided after any requested changes.
  Typically, the final version is delivered within 5 business days from the first draft review, assuming timely feedback.

Revision Process:

• You may review the first draft and submit revision requests within this timeline.

• Edits should be requested promptly to enable final delivery within the scheduled timeframe.

• If no revision requests are received within the review window, the first draft will be considered final.

• Additional revisions or delayed feedback may incur extra charges or extend the delivery schedule.

6. Usage and Support

• You are responsible for maintaining and managing any content updates after final delivery unless you purchase additional update services.

• Technical support related to platform access and functionality is included for 30 days after delivery.

• There is no ongoing content creation, coaching, or job search mentoring included in the Dynamic CV purchase. These services can be engaged separately.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellation or amendments to optional consultation or training sessions require at least 3 business days' notice (5 business days in December and January). A cancellation fee of 50% of session cost applies for late cancellations.

• Digital product purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded after order confirmation.

8. Market Traction Disclaimer

Dynamic CV provides a professional platform to showcase your career but does not guarantee job placement, interviews, or any employment outcomes. Success depends on your personal efforts in networking, applying, and interviewing.

9. Intellectual Property

• Dynamic CV and all associated technology, design, content, and materials remain the intellectual property of JQTechGlobal and its licensors.

• You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the dashboard solely for your personal career marketing purposes.

• You grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to use the information you provide for service improvement and development purposes.

• You may not modify, adapt, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the platform beyond personal use.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The Dynamic CV product and content provided are for your personal use only and should not be the sole basis for career decisions.

• We disclaim all liability for damages or losses arising from your use of the product, including those caused by factors outside our control (e.g., internet failures, data inaccuracies).

• We are not liable for unauthorized viewing or misuse of your information due to the public nature of the published dashboard.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using Dynamic CV, you consent to the collection, storage, and public sharing of your personal career data as detailed here and in the Privacy Policy.

12. Virus Protection and Disclaimer

We take reasonable care to ensure that materials provided do not contain viruses, but you should run anti-virus software independently. We disclaim liability for losses caused by viruses or data corruption.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria.
