'motion makes time visible'
" For nearly two decades, I have committed to camera obscura as my lifelong practice—a direct collaboration with light, time, and motion that returns photography to its primal essence.
The results are Motiongraphs: unique paper negatives from 8-second exposures made in mobile darkrooms. They reveal the durational truth of how I perceive the world—where blur captures movement, inversion honors light's raw chemistry, and presence replaces the frozen instant.
This embodied process, forged through decades of searching, transforms my mobile darkrooms into sanctuaries of attentiveness. Inside, my presence, the landscape, and cosmic light blur into tangible durations I can hold. One full breath. One full circle of eight seconds.
My Camera Obscura keeps moving because life keeps flowing."
