This 90 min session begins with dry brushing the skin to increase Lymphatic flow & circulation to the skin & tissues. Then a Dead Sea Mud is applied to the legs, arms & back. Dead Sea Mud is a natural element taken from the mineral rich Dead Sea giving many body benefits with these essential minerals. A plastic & thermal blanket is then wrapped around the body to warm & soothe the soft tissues. The Mud is then removed with hot towels & finished with a relaxing Swedish Massage. This whole process can have many healing benefits such as, increased circulation, relaxation & stress reduction, decreased muscle stiffness, soreness & arthritis discomfort.
