Welcome to Massage by Andrea in Studio 33

A focused session designed to address one specific area of tension using the same therapeutic modalities as our full Therapeutic Massage. Techniques may include Trigger Point Therapy, muscle stripping, and Myofascial Release, with medium to firm pressure—or lighter pressure if preferred. This treatment concentrates on a single problem area such as the neck and shoulders, back, feet, hands, or headache relief. Cupping or Gua Sha is not included with this session.

Therapeutic Massage Focused Half Hr

This focused, results‑driven massage is designed to address specific areas of tension, discomfort, or restricted movement. Your therapist blends a variety of advanced modalities—including Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue techniques, muscle stripping, and Myofascial Release—to target problem areas and encourage lasting relief. Pressure ranges from medium to firm, with lighter pressure available upon request to ensure your comfort throughout the session. When appropriate and if no contraindications are present, your treatment may also incorporate Gua Sha or Cupping to further enhance mobility, reduce muscle adhesions, and support overall recovery.

Therapeutic Massage 1.5 Hr

This gentle, rhythmic massage technique is designed to support the body’s natural lymphatic flow and promote overall wellness. Using light, precise movements, the session encourages lymph to move more efficiently through the body, helping to reduce fluid retention, relieve pressure, and enhance immune function. Lymphatic Drainage Massage is deeply calming, making it ideal for those seeking relaxation, detoxification support, or a boost in general well‑being. This service is intended for wellness purposes only and does not include post‑operative lymphatic care.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage for wellness

Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy‑healing practice that helps balance the body’s energetic system. By restoring harmony to your energy field, Reiki supports the body’s natural self‑healing abilities and encourages overall well‑being. During a session, the practitioner uses a light, hands‑on technique to help clear energetic blockages and replenish your vital life‑force energy. Clients can often experience deep relaxation, emotional release, reduced stress, and relief from chronic tension or discomfort.

Reiki Session

This 90 min session begins with dry brushing the skin to increase Lymphatic flow &amp; circulation to the skin &amp; tissues. Then a Dead Sea Mud is applied to the legs, arms &amp; back. Dead Sea Mud is a natural element taken from the mineral rich Dead Sea giving many body benefits with these essential minerals. A plastic &amp; thermal blanket is then wrapped around the body to warm &amp; soothe the soft tissues. The Mud is then removed with hot towels &amp; finished with a relaxing Swedish Massage. This whole process can have many healing benefits such as, increased circulation, relaxation &amp; stress reduction, decreased muscle stiffness, soreness &amp; arthritis discomfort.

Dead Sea Mud Wrap Massage

For Seniors 80+ yearsA gentle, relaxing massage that uses long, flowing strokes to ease tension and promote circulation. Ideal for stress relief and overall wellness. Requests for deeper pressure will be upgraded to a Therapeutic Massage session.

Senior 80+ Swedish Massage

Cupping therapy uses gentle suction to boost circulation, release muscle tension, and support natural healing. It’s a soothing, restorative add‑on that enhances relaxation and overall wellness.

Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese technique that uses a smooth ceramic spoon to gently glide across the skin, helping encourage the movement of stagnant energy—known in TCM as qi. This practice supports circulation, eases tension, and promotes a sense of balance and relief throughout the body.
