Warranty Coverage</h4>ModernFold by Generations (“ModernFold”) warrants that its aluminum folding glass door systems are free from defects in materials and manufacturing under normal use and service, subject to the terms and conditions below.Coverage Period<ul><li>Aluminum Frames: 10 Years</li><li>Hardware Components (rollers, hinges, handles, locking mechanisms): 5 Years</li><li>Insulated Glass Units: 5 Years (against seal failure only)</li></ul>Warranty periods begin on the date of delivery to the original purchaser.<h4>2. What This Warranty Covers</h4>This limited warranty covers:<ul><li>Manufacturing defects in aluminum frame construction</li><li>Structural failure due to defective materials</li><li>Hardware malfunction caused by manufacturing defects</li><li>Insulated glass seal failure (fogging between panes)</li></ul>At its discretion, ModernFold will:<ul><li>Replace the defective component, or</li><li>Provide a prorated credit toward replacement</li></ul><h4>3.
