I appreciate how ONCC covers some ONCC events and somewhat provides useful information for residents. While improvement is much needed, their dedication to the community shines.

This site is my go-to source for all community news. Their updates are timely and informative, keeping me connected with everything happening around Oaks North. 

The board meetings are bureaucratic and superficial transparency. The website has the trappings of being a good source, and is so to a certain extent, but it's usually out of date. The design is not modern but consistent with the demographics of the board.

<h3>Solar Canopy Lighting</h3><p>This was a great addition to the project making the parking lot feel safe at night. of interest, the Board announced this addition and was accepting bids. On member recalls $5,000 being mentioned.  They were reminded that the lighting was included in the installation contract. Further investigation revealed that this is standard in all SolarFuze commercial projects.</p><h3>Notifications</h3><p>Notifications about safety concerns and tips from local authorities to keep Oaks North safe and secure would be a great service. The ONCC website is lacking in this area as well as other communications.</p><h3>Paseo Del Verano Traffic</h3><p>I've heard rumors of a Paseo Del Verano traffic review, but the news from the board is spotty and incomplete.</p><h3>Next Door</h3><p>Limited neighborhood Safety News and Alerts can be found on Next Door, While somewhat helpful, there's too much advertising and meaningless babble and it's based on at-the-moment comments that disappear and usually can't be found again.</p><p></p><p></p>
