Located in Kingston Ontario, our farm specializes in the cultivation and sale of high quality produce. We grow garlic and apples on more than 3 acres of farmland. Our crops are grown naturally, without the use of any pesticides, chemical fertilizers or herbicides.

ApplesPristine - excellent tasting summer apple with lemon yellow skin and a nice orange blush on the sunny side. The flesh is pale yellow, crisp, and breaking, and the flavor is a spicy balance of sweet and acidRedfree - Beautiful early season red apple that is great for fresh eating and baking. Mild, sweet flavour with a pleasantly soft, yet crisp flesh. Ripens in late August.Novamac - Also similar to McIntosh with 70% red stripe over a green background. Crisp, tender, fine textured flesh that is considered to be slightly sweeter than McIntosh. An all around great apple that can be picked over a long period. Ripens in early September with a long picking season.Liberty - A sweet-tart apple with a wine-like aroma and mild astringency that adds a pleasant flavor in sweet and fermented ciders. It is an all-purpose apple that is suitable for fresh eating, pies, sauces and processing. 'Liberty' has consistently ranked higher than rivals 'McIntosh' and 'Empire' in consumer taste tests. Ripens late Sept/Early Oct

Fruit Varieties

Freedom - Large bright-red fruit with a juicy tender flesh great for fresh-eating, cider, juicing, and cooking. Ripens in Late September to early OctoberEnterprise - These apples are very crisp, juicy and flavorful, with a spicy, sprightly, tart taste. They are excellent for cooking or eating fresh with the flavor improving in storage. Ripens in mid-late October and stores for up to 6 months in cold storageMacFree - Flesh is juicy, white with a slight green tinge. Firm, moderately coarse, pleasant, moderately acid. Similar to Mcintosh but later maturing. Fruit size is medium to small. Ripens early to mid-October.

Spicy when eaten raw with a wonderfully rich, complex flavour when cookedDuganski - Very deeply flavored with an earthy and almost musky flavour that many garlic lovers prize

Garlic

Aurora - Haskap is a late-season haskap cultivar from the University of Saskatchewan, known for its large, elongated, sweet berries with a flavor often compared to a mix of blueberry and raspberry. Considered the sweetest haskap developed to date and best for fresh eating. Honeybee - elongated, dark blue berries that are sweet and slightly tart, with a flavor often described as similar to honey or a blend of blueberry and raspberry. Great for jams, juices or fresh eating.

Summercrisp Pear - a medium-sized, cold-hardy pear that ripens in mid-August with a firm, juicy, and mildly sweet flesh. It has a crisp texture when fresh and develops a yellow skin with a red blush. The fruit is best eaten fresh and can be stored in the refrigerator for a few weeks, during which its flesh gradually softensLuscious Pear - a medium-sized, sweet, and juicy fruit with a tender, melting texture and a smooth greenish-yellow skin that develops a red blush as it ripens. It is excellent for fresh eating, desserts, and preserves. Ripens Mid SeptemberHarrow Sweet - medium to large, sweet, and juicy with a yellow skin and red blush at maturity. They have a melting, buttery-sweet flesh with an excellent flavor and a "marshmallowy" texture, making them ideal for fresh eating, canning, and baking. Harvest starts late SeptemberDew Drop - large, elongated, yellow fruit with a medium red blush. It has creamy-white, juicy flesh with excellent, refreshing flavor and a pleasant texture that is crisp yet melting

Pears

Cold Snap - a Canadian-bred variety known for its yellow skin with a red blush, sweet and juicy flesh, and firm texture. Stores well into winter and becomes exceptionally sweet and buttery. Ripens Late September to early October
